When I woke up this morning I was watching my mind and realizing that I had better find the reins, then this song manifested A solo effort.

These songs arise principally from my wish to mix my mind more with dharma, through the day, familiarizing myself more with some of these elusive truths. I am also hoping also that they may help to fund my attendance at international teachings which are expensive. On my limited pension attendance is impossible without cyber-busking. You can listen for free here but to download the song a small donation is requested (£1 or more).
